At STARplex, we are looking for a dynamic person to work autonomously to digitally sell our diverse range of health and wellbeing activities across all age groups.

This new role combines analytical work with hands-on project coordination and client engagement. You’ll work closely with a small team to identify opportunities, manage priorities, and help ensure digital campaigns are delivered to a consistently high standard.

This person will play a hands-on role in content creation, email marketing, paid campaign execution, and marketing automation tools, ensuring consistent and meaningful messaging across multiple channels.  The Digital Marketing officer works closely with internal stakeholders to articulate key messages and translate them into engaging content for different audiences and platforms. 

Our goal is to help our members improve the performance of their digital experiences with us, whether buying our services or engaging with us. We require your digital campaign work to put the right information in front of the right audience at the right time.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate and execute STARplex’ s digital marketing activities, ensuring our programs, services and events reach the right audiences through effective and engaging digital channels.

You will manage the day-to-day delivery of digital campaigns, maintain marketing schedules, analyse performance data and help strengthen the STARplex brand across all online platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and publishing content across social media, websites and digital channels
• Developing and managing content and marketing calendars to ensure timely campaign delivery
•  Delivering paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta and email marketing platforms
• Producing copy, graphics, photography and video content
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights on engagement, traffic and lead generation
• Supporting website updates, SEO activities and digital communications
• Capturing and promoting STARplex events, programs and community activities
• Ensuring all content aligns with brand, accessibility and child safety requirements
• Working collaboratively with STARplex leaders and the Trinity College Marketing Team

What you’ll bring

You are a creative storyteller with strong digital marketing skills and a passion for engaging communities through innovative content.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing
• 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign execution
•  Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns
• Strong copywriting, editing and communication skills
• Experience creating visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Skills in photography, videography and video editing
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing performance reporting
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach:

Desirable skills include:

• Experience within the fitness, health, sport or wellbeing sector
• Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social
• Advanced Google Ads and Meta Business Suite experience

Essential requirements

• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements within an education environment, including:        

           o   Working with children check

           o   Agreement to Trinity College Child Safe Policies

           o   Completion of Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect training

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events and activities

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Human Resource Business Partner is integral to the HR guidance provided to the College.  Providing quality support across key HR practices and initiatives - this role delivers qualified advice, fosters a positive and supportive team culture, and drives initiatives that promote staff development and engagement across our Schools, OSHC, and STARplex teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support across the full spectrum of HR practices, including employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, staff transitions, probation, absence management, and terminations.
• Manage the preparation of employment contracts, position descriptions and other employment data.
• Support our recruitment programs across the College as we build and promote a compelling employee value proposition.
• Offer guidance and advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with industrial frameworks, legislation and best practices.

• Engage in the continued implementation of a new HRIS and Payroll system, supporting the transition and optimising the platform to meet our College and staff needs.

About You

Skills and Experience

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
• Proven ability to influence positive outcomes through constructive and proactive HR practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on process efficiency and legal compliance.

About the Role

The Principal provides visionary educational leadership and is responsible for the strategic, operational and pastoral leadership of Trinity College North School.

The Principal has both College and school related responsibilities and is a key member of the Trinity College Leadership Team.  The Principal will lead their own school leadership team and have close working relationships across the College.
