Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a welcoming, inclusive learning environment? Trinity College is seeking dedicated Preschool Educators to join our vibrant Early Learning teams.

 

Trinity Collegeis a multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College founded in a liberal educational tradition in northern Adelaide. We operate three high quality Preschool services across our schools at Trinity College Gawler River, Trinity College Gawler, and Trinity College Roseworthy. We currently have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Educators to join our team in 2026. 

 

Permanent Part-time positions are available to support our programme which runs from  8:15am – 4:30pm during school terms, with negotiated hours during our holiday programme. 

 

Key accountabilities include

  • Collaborating with the Preschool Teachers and assisting with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality early learning experience for all children and families 
  • Work with children on an individual or small group level to support children's engagement and particular needs. 
  • Ensure the classroom and outside environments are prepared, clean and maintained. 
  • Administer First Aid services and provide first aid when necessary. 
  • Attend and actively participate in regular staff meetings and professional learning opportunities as required. 

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma of Early Childhood (preferred) 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with and by Trinity College Values when interacting with children, families, colleagues  
  • Organisational skills 
  • Knowledge of the Early  Years Learning framework and ACEQA obligations and standards. 
  • Comply with and acknowledge the College’s Child Safe Policy and adhere to the Child Safety Code of Conduct 
  • Working with Children Check 
  • RRHAN-EC Masterclass Certificate 
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (onsite training available)
